Advance Directive Workshop (Rutland)

What is it?
A workshop focusing on answering questions about the Vermont Ethics Network’s Advance Directive Short Form. If the form is completed during the workshop, participants may upload the form to the Vermont Advance Directive Registry for review and acceptance.
