Wear a shirt that provides easy access to your shoulder area so we can administer your immunization quickly and easily. \nCost\nWe accept Medicare/Medicaid\, MVP\, and BlueCross BlueShield Insurances for payment. Please bring your card to your appointment. If you do not have a participating insurance plan\, payment will be accepted by check or credit card.
