DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text] \nJoin us for the 4th Annual Naylor & Breen Open on Friday\, August 17th at Neshobe Country Club in Brandon\n\nTeams of five are just $700 which includes carts and an awards dinner.\nTeam & Hole Sponsorships are $900 (a savings of $50!).\nHole sponsorships are available for $250\n\n  \nRegistration begins at 11:00 am with the shotgun start at Noon in a scramble format. Team slots are still available. If you are unable to attend\, but would still like to help donation in any amount are greatly appreciated. \nProceeds from the annual Naylor & Breen Open will benefit the hospice program offered to the community through the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR)\, formerly known as RAVNAH. \nHospice provides comfort and support for people of all ages who are facing a life-limiting illness\, wherever they call home. Hospice focuses on care\, and addresses the patient’s physical\, emotional and spiritual well-being\, treating the whole person\, not just their disease. \nVNAHSR is a non-profit\, Medicare-certified home health and hospice agency delivering a wide range of advanced medical care with compassion\, dependability\, and expertise to people of all ages.
