It will be a great day of golf with friends as we raise funds for the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region’s Life’s Journey Campaign—a critical fundraising campaign in support of an expansion of our facilities that will help us meet the needs of the unprecedented growth of our Hospice Program. \nThe Table 24 Golf Tournament is a fun\, relaxed Captain & Crew/Scramble format and golfers of all ability levels are encouraged to play.
