DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text] \nCastleton Community Center Flu Clinic\nThe VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) is offering flu shots. The Castleton Community Center Flu Clinic will be held Thursday\, October 7th from 9am – 12pm at the Castleton Community Center (263 Rte. 30 North Castleton\, VT 05735 ) by appointment only. Make your appointment today. If you need help making your appointment\, call us at 802.775.0568. \nWhile the flu shot only protects against influenza and not COVID-19\, health experts are encouraging individuals to get vaccinated against the flu to mitigate the risk of flu illness\, hospitalization\, and death.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Make an appointment” color=”violet” align=”right” i_icon_fontawesome=”fas fa-calendar-check” add_icon=”true” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fclinics.timetap.com%2F%20|target:_blank”][vc_separator color=”custom” border_width=”2″ accent_color=”#0099d8″][vc_column_text] \nAppointments Will be Staggered & Equipment Will be Disinfected Between Uses\nTo protect individuals\, appointments will be staggered and equipment will be disinfected between uses.  Patients will be pre-screened before their appointment through a series of questions about the patient’s health and any potential signs\, symptoms\, or exposure to COVID-19 and will be temperature checked at entry before their appointment. \nAttendees Must Wear Masks\nAdditionally\, staff will utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and clinic attendees must wear masks. Wear a shirt that provides easy access to your shoulder area so we can administer your immunization quickly and easily. \nCost\nWe accept Medicare/Medicaid\, MVP\, and BlueCross BlueShield Insurances for payment. Please bring your card to your appointment. If you do not have a participating insurance plan\, payment will be accepted by check or credit card. The cost of the vaccine is $85.00 for High Dose (individuals 65 and older) and $38 for a standard flu shot (individuals under 65).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
