Tammy Hogenauer, BSN, RN, CHPN of Clarendon, Vermont has been named Hospice Clinical Manager at the Southwest Region (VNAHSR). In her role, Hogenauer will oversee a team of nurses providing hospice care to patients. Hogenauer joined VNAHSR in 2014 as a hospice nurse.
Prior to joining the VNAHSR, Hogenauer worked as an RN at Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Medical Oncology unit.
Hogenauer received her training as a Registered Nurse and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Castleton University and certification as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse from the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
