What makes CarePlus different than other private in-home companies?
As a program of Rutland Area Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice (RAVNAH), we’re backed by years of experience in Home Health Care.
CarePlus not only provides you with non-medical care to help with your activities of daily living, we also offer medical care when you need it.
RAVNAH’s professional team of nurses and therapists provide training for our staff on an on-going basis so we are prepared to take care of unexpected health emergencies.
Our staff is fully trained, right from the time of their employment. And because we are a program.
How does CarePlus work?
It begins with a phone call. We’ll set up a time for an experienced care coordinator to conduct a free in-home evaluation to determine what types of support and services you may need. Based on this initial assessment, a care plan is developed specifically for you, at no cost.
Once a care plan is accepted, we’ll carefully match a caregiver to fit your individualized needs. Then services are provided in a professional and compassionate manner.
Who provides CarePlus services?
We understand how important it is to you and your family that you can trust the people we send to your home. You can have complete peace of mind knowing that your CarePlus companion is carefully screened, trained and closely supervised. We are committed to providing professional care with utmost integrity and care.
How much does CarePlus cost?
Rates can vary depending on your individualized care plan. Please call our office for a personal in-home assessment. Services may be combined to reach minimum time requirements.
How do I pay for CarePlus?
Services are typically paid for by clients or family members. Some long-term care insurance will pay up to 100% of the costs. We will work with you and your insurance provider to determine your level of reimbursement eligibility.
